oh... its the first day of 2006!
A new Start for me...
i mus strive hard in my studies.... hee...


i spend a splendid new year eve with cp... hee...
i mus say... though its tiring but i think its worth the time and walks...


i went to his hse in the afternoon...
at ard 5... we started cooking spaghetti (which happen to be our best dish)
haha... not reallie successful coz the noodles are not tat soft...
ping la... so anxious to eat... haha..
but he think its nice.. okie lorr.... whatever...


headed esplanande at 7.30...
before tat we went to plaza.. to buy mineral water... food and newspaper..
lol....
reached esplanade at 10+....
walked thru the citylink and ping stopped by to meet his friends who are breakdancing...

they are doing a headspin.. hee..
saw jingting too... she commented tat suddenly this area becomes a stage... haha
ya... they are crowded by mani spectators....


we left the place soon after the 'performance'
strolled along the river.. haha.. its very crowded...
i also duno where we are heading... so we jus walk...
and we reach the outdoor concert... i stepped onto the muddy and wet field...
got my legs all filled with mud...
at ard 10.30... we stayed at the side to wait for the firework...
while we wait... we were playing with some malay kids beside us...
how cute... haha...
at around 11.30... the place got more crowded...
everyone is waiting for the show... hee...
den... some light shone....


and we all noe the fireworks are coming soon...
me and ping were so lucky coz we stood at a spot where we can get the nicest view...
hee...
5...4...3...2....and......1!!! Happy nEW YEAr!!

and yes... the fireworks... it lasted for around 15min... and i took some splendid photos... hee.
i also took a short clip of the firework.. hee..
but i dunno how to upload it here...
immediately after the firework.. we make our way down to the mrt hurriedly...
we had difficulties navigating our way there... there were too mani ppl..
some were walking from the opp direction.. haha...
and we have to avoid those 'sprayers'
i think it took us half an hour to get there...
people walked on the road where there are also cars... haha....
when its red light... i still see people crossing... the drivers cant do anything.. so we jus cross the road...
congested.
we heaved a sigh of relief when we finally reach the mrt...
we den make our way to bedok...


grabbed some bites at 7-11...
we den walked ourselves to east coast park which took us half an hour...
finally... we found ourselves a spot near the beach...
we laid the newspaper on the ground and took some photos...
admire the stars for a little while.. enjoying the breeze..
wah... i feel like i was in heaven...
but good things dun last...
we merely lie down for 10min and it started to drizzle!
ooh... we walked to the hawker center to find a shelter..
den we realise the rain stopped... ooh...
we den dragged our feets back to the area...
it took 15 min to walk there and to come back...
luckily our newspaper are not wet...
we lied down again... i closed my eyes for a little while as there are no more stars to admire...
we took out food tat we bought earlier to eat...
yummy~
listen to some music while we both lied down...


its so nice...
after about 20min of rest... it started to rain again!
oh god..
we knew tat the rain would be heavier this time so we walk to shelter again...
went toilet and to clean ourselves up...
we then walked to the hawker center...
gotta miss the first sunrise of 2006... ew~
while waiting for the time to pass.. we started to play game...
with our fingers..
we played chopsticks...
and i kept losing... haha...
so i wanted to change the game...
den... ping thought up of a new game...
the memory game.. haha.. okie... at least i win him this time!
lol.. went to take cab at 5.30 and went to enuos mrt... the ride took us 10 buck... freak.... its due to the midnight charge... after tat we den realise there is no midnight charge after 6 am...
lol... reached home at 7.30
slept at 8...
hha...
i think i reallie enjoy myself lots... though the rain did spoil the day...
but with his company... hehe... i truely enjoyed myself..






i hope we can do this again nxt year....
